This file was print tested on: a Creality CR-10 pro V2, a Flsun v400 and a Bambu Lab X1-Carbon
A raft may help, but I didn't use any except on my Creality CR-10 pro V2 (my build plate is curved).
Try to print the Counter with a layer height of 0.2 mm. This is the setting we used. This might help avoid gear fusion.
