Displaygehäuse für eine FYSETC PanelDue für den Snapmaker J1, könnte aber auch für andere Drucker geeignet sein. Die Tasten der PanelDue können über einkonstruierte Hebel von der Seite aus betätigt werden, wenn man sie mal braucht.

Das Hinterteil des Gehäuses benötigt ZWINGEND ablösbare oder wasserlösliche Supports. Besitzer eines Druckers mit nur einem Druckkopf probieren besser erst gar nicht, das Teil zu drucken. 

Nacharbeit und Montage:

• Der Rahmen des Gehäusehinterteils, der um das Vorderteil herum verläuft, ist bewußt ca. 0,5mm länger gehalten. Nach dem Druck passend abschleifen, daß er bündig zum vorderen Rahmen ist.
• Bei der PanelDue muß vom Flachbandkabelstecker die hintere Zugentlastung entfernt werden. Das vierpolige Kabel benötigt man für eine Duet 3 nicht, daher ist dafür keine Öffnung vorgesehen.
• Dann das Kabel wie im Bild knicken, durch die Öffnung fädeln, Gehäusevorderteil aufsetzen und mit vier kleinen Schrauben sichern (ggf. die Bohrungen im Gehäusevorderteil etwas aufbohren).
• Beim J1 muß je nach Montagetoleranz seitlich ca. 1 mm vom Ausschnitt in der Abdeckplatte des Elektronikabteils und eventuell von den Aussparungen in den Türen für das Display abgefeilt werden.

This is a display housing for the FYSETC PanelDue, designed for the Snapmaker J1, but it might be useful for other printers as well. 

The buttons on the back of the PanelDue can be pushed from the side by levers that are integrated into the case if needed.

The back part ABSOLUTELY requires removable or soluble supports. Don't even try to print this with a printer with just one hotend.

Post-print tasks and assembly:

• The frame of the rear part of the enclosure, which runs around the front part, is deliberately designed about 0.5mm longer than it should be to catch tolerances. After printing, sand it down so that it is flush with the front frame.
• With the PanelDue, the rear strain relief must be removed from the ribbon cable connector. The four-pole cable is not needed for a Duet 3, so no opening is provided for it.
• Insert the connector and bend the cable as shown in the picture, thread it through the opening, insert the PanelDue into the housing, put on the front part of the housing and secure it with four small screws (if necessary, drill out the holes in the front part of the housing a little).
• For the J1, depending on assembly tolerances, sand about 1 mm material from cutout of the aluminium cover of the electronic compartment and if required from the sides of the recesses in the doors for the display.
