All of our Merchant Tier Patrons are allowed to sell 3D Printed versions of our models from this Campaign, our Patreon and My Mini Factory Store.

-By subscribing to any tier and/or downloading content published by Cast n Play, you accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not accept or agree with these terms, do not subscribe nor download the content we provide.

-You may not Resell, re-distribute, or share our digital resources as-is or where the resource can be extracted, nor use portions of our files to create new ones.

-You may not use the resources in mass commercial production, meaning no molds and/or casting of the printed models.

-You may only use the content provided by us (imagery, digital files and their location links) for personal use, and you are not allowed to distribute or sell them nor the prints. (See exclusions below)..

-All copyrights belong to Cast n Play. NO rights are assigned or transferred to the end-user. Our files, designs, and imagery are protected by intellectual property laws.

-The availability of tiers and files may or may not be limited.

-The availability of tiers may or may not be limited.

-Tiers and their rewards and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

-Cast n Play will reserve the right to determine if you are in compliance with the terms and conditions.

-You may only sell 3d prints (no molding, casting, or mass-producing) of Cast n Play's models as long as you remain subscribed to a tier that provides a commercial license.

-You may not sell our digital resources. (Models, Images, PDFs, or any other Assets)

-You must credit Cast n Play as the artist responsible for creating said models and assets by using our Logo and link to www.patreon.com/castnplay

-The printed models may be painted or unpainted.

-For images, adventure modules, pdfs, and background story material, you may sell them in their physical printed form. All terms apply equally as with models.

Cast n Play reserves the right to cancel any license at any time in its sole discretion and refund that month's fee as compensation.

Where can I find my discount code?

If you are eligible for redeeming a discount code* (early sign-ups, Tribers, Patreons, previous backers, customers of Cast n Play), the discount code can be found in:

- Your MyMiniFactory Inbox

- MyMiniFactory Newsletter or email*

*If you believe that you should have received a discount code, please check your junk email.

I have made a Pledge, when will I receive the files?

You will receive the files after the Crowdfunding campaign has ended. Further updates regarding the release date will be announced by the Creator of the campaign. You will be notified via email or an update when the files are available for download in your MyMiniFactory Inbox.

How can I upgrade my pledge?

Pledges can be upgraded easily by selecting any higher tier pledge. By doing so, the price you see at checkout will only show the difference in price for the pledge upgrade.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately after a pledge has been made or an add-on has been purchased. You can review your order on the Order Details page.

I would like to cancel my pledge and get a refund, what should I do?

If you want to request a refund for your purchase of a digital product, the request has to be made within 14 days after the purchase and before the file release. Please reach out to MyMiniFactory via the Contact Us Page.

Please note: MyMiniFactory only provides the platform upon which payments between customers and Creators are made. Customers will need to contact the Creator directly to request a refund or have problems with the digital product.

You can reach out to the creator by leaving a message in the comment section or reach out to a designer by selecting "Private Message" on their public profile, or as otherwise stated on this page.

*Please note, once the refund is issued, you may lose access to purchases, downloads, content, or future updates.

Where can I review my pledge that I purchased?

You can review your pledge under the Pledge tab of the campaign. Your files can be found in your Library (under 'Campaigns') on MyMiniFactory or Order Details page.

What are Stretch Goals? Are these STLs included in the pledges?

Stretch goals will be unlocked when the campaign reaches a certain amount of the total funding. If your pledge level includes stretch goals, you will receive all the unlocked files at the end of the campaign. To discover all stretch goals you can see them here.

Where can I change the setting of Notifications?

You can update your notifications settings in Settings > Notifications

By default, you will only receive a notification if you leave a comment and another user replies to your comment.

If you want to edit your notifications settings, please click all the boxes under the “Crowdfunding” section in your Settings > Notifications

How will I know if there’s a new campaign update?

When there’s a new update from the designer, it can be found under the “Updates” section of the campaign.

You can also comment on Updates by selecting “Read More > View on Community Stories” at the footer of each update.

I have questions about the files, who can I reach out to?
