This is a further development of the bedside lamp with the box shape (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4149214). Now this lamp had become a tube shape and you can print the backside as switch or dimmer version. Whereby I have to say that my dimmable version dims only partially. But at least two brightness levels are available.

I have tried to capture the working steps and the assembly in photos. The assembly is in most parts identical with "Bedside Lamp (Box)". A look at the photo gallery there might help additionally.

After completion of the assembly I recommend - to improve the slip resistance - to attach small self-adhesive rubber pads to the bottom of the lamp feet (4x rubber pads Ø 8x1,6mm).
