I created these covers to fit the USB front panel into a custom-made wood PC case. They fit perfectly but keep in mind that I had to remove the two parts marked in red in the photo since they are designed to fit the original pc case but in mine, I don't need them. I recommend printing the cover front side up to get a nice smooth finish. I had a lot of problems removing the supports in the middle in my first attempts since the supports were printed with a "top-roof" (Dremel 3d printer slicer). Make sure your supports don't have this.
