I made this Keurig drip tray for my wife with the Imperial cog on it

Printed at 100% scale, .1618 layer height, 5 top/bottom layers, 2 shells, no rafts no supports. If printed this way, you end up having zero infill, and all solid layers which is best for this thin of a part. Total print is 9 layers, no point in having infill. Easy print. Fits the older style and newer style Keurig's that I own, so I can only assume it will fit all of them.
