This is my long developed method for wrapping up headphones. It's the fastest and easiest way to wrap and unwrap your headphones. It stays attached to your headphones at all times so it will never get lost and is a visual reminder to wrap up your headphones when putting them away
Instructions:
- Print and assemble model as shown in the gif
- Put the center of the headphone wire into the gap in the mechanism and reattach the cover
- Pull the cable so that the headphone wire is longer on the earbud side (about 3 inches)
- Twist the cover to lock the cable in place
- Open and close the mechanism a few times if necessary to break it in
- Wrap up your headphones!

How I designed this
Introduction
Designing and prototyping a model like this one is what got me to get into and buy a 3D printer to begin with. The whole idea of making a model and having it in your hands later that day amazed me and still does. I went through twenty two different designs with many iterations to be able to get to where it is now.
