This is a perfect little organizer for standard sized EGO threaded clearomizers. The center gear spins in the opposite direction when you spin the larger gear. I work in a vape shop and this is a much cooler option than the wooden pegboard method. I designed this in sketchup and this is the first thing I have ever designed. Let me know what you think!
Assembly Instructions; Print Settings: 0.8mm shell thickness (2 times my extruder diameter) 0.3mm layer height (For faster print, I lost no details) 20% infill Print: 1 X Center Gear 1 X Outside Gear 1 x turntable base 5 X Small Gear 5 X Foot Assembly: 1. Screw the 5 gears to the turntable base using small screws long enough to protrude from the button of the plate 2. Screw the feet onto the protruding threads of the screws from step 1 3. Place Outside gear into the turntable base 4. Rotate outside gear to remove any burrs. Keep spinning until it doesn't bind. 5. Place Center gear into the assembly. 6. Rotate outside gear to remove any burrs. Keep spinning until it doesn't bind. 7. You're done!
