I made this design with 100% Fusion 360
The design is thought to be able to be printed with an ender3 type printer or similar.
The entire structure is made of PETG and the design is optimized for a 0.6 nozzle and 0.55 line width.
As it appears in the image, it is built in 7 parts.
The three walls that support the LEDs are designed to hide the cables that join all the strips.
For this model the strips should measure a maximum of 10x150mm, since it is the hole that the design has.
That said, it would only be necessary to integrate a rotating base that in my case I have bought a commercial one on Amazon, because of the cost it does not make sense to waste time at this point of the machine.
Print
As I have already said, everything is printed in Petg, since this material gives us the possibility of sanding to remove any printing defect, and a great post-processing will not be necessary.
-Set up:
Nozzel 0.6mm
Layer height 0.4mm
Line width 0.55mm
Supports only in the piece `` TAPA ''
Mounting
Perhaps the only tedious part is soldering the led strips together, but it is time and patience.
As you can see in the image, all the cables are inside the panel and are not visible.
** I recommend soldering all the LEDs before joining all the pieces **
Final
I think it was a very faithful design to render.
This machine fits perfectly with my humble MAKER workshop!
