This is a hotend mount adapter for Creality machines (Ender 3, CR-10, CR-10 S, and CR-10 S Pro) and the Slice Engineering Mosquito hotend.
This bolts up to the existing extruder mounts on the Creality machines and uses both the Mosquitos fan mounts and the BMG (diagonal mounts on the underside of the heasink) to secure the hotend.
You can use the existing hot end shroud, fan, and part cooling fan with this mount.
The pneumatic coupler threads into the top of this mount and the PTFE tubing slides into the top recess of the Mosquito heatsink.
You will lose about 5-7mm of your printers complete build height as the Mosquito hotend will sit slightly lower than the standard Creality hotend.
This should be printed out of PETG with at least 3 walls. Support REQUIRED
Leave it in the orientation it is in!!! It should be printed at a 45-degree angle for strength and to maintain the concentricity of the PTFE guide tube.
Layer height: 0.14mm (or less, ideal)
Infill: 15 - 25% (Extra welcome but not needed)
Perimeters: 3 (Minimum)
Top & Bottom Layers: 5 - 6 (Ideal)
