Face shield visor inspired by Geordi LaForge from Star Trek: The Next Generation! Included are stl files to print in either one or two colours (as shown in the photo). To assemble a working face shield visor a sheet of clear plastic, perferably A3 size needs to be inserted in the retaining clamp at the front. A large elastic band or similar can be used to secure it using the hooks at the back.
Unlike my other face shield visors, this provides protection against contaminated droplets entering the visor from above and the plastic sheet can be extended to cover the forehead.

IMPORTANT: Like the vast majority of 3D printed face shield visors, this design has not been certified for use in medical environments. Please check that any visor or other protective equipment you intend to use or supply to others is appropriate for the environment and level of risk.

If printing in two colours, slow the front 'spines' right down to 20mm/s or so, otherwise they can suffer from quite severe nozzle drag. Avoid printing above 30% infil, otherwise it will get very heavy during use.
