×Art Deco Lamp/Vase for Upcycled Lightbulbs (For the Academy)
Style out your desk, bedside table, garden, living room, wherever with this beaautiful art deco inspired lamp/vase. You can use upcycled bayonet or screw lightbulbs to create an awesome vase or take a pair of standard circular batteries (CHECK SIZE) and a standard 3mm (CHECK SIZE) LED and create a chic vase that is super portable!
The vase prints support free, the bulb holder for the lamp requires very minimal support structures.

I've created a step-by-step infrgraphic on how to hollow out your lightbulbs, an amzingly simple (and fun) process!
An infill of only about 15% is required to reduce material usage and print times. A greater infill makes the structure more stable and a greater infill (~25%) is required for the lamp holder. If you're creating a lamp, the LEDs require extending using some wire. Any conductible wire will work, loop the wire around the LED legs and then feed through the holes in the lamp holder, finally wrapping the wire around the two pegs provided. Insert the batteries and away you go. If the LED doesn't light up, you probably have the batteries in the wrong way around!
