Francois Barois (1656 - 1726) was a French sculptor, noted for his collection of sculptured now housed in The Louvre- including the copy of the Kallipygian Venus for Louis XIV or France and Cleopatra Dying. The sculpture depicts Pomona, a goddess of Roman religion and myth representing fruitful abundance and the orchard. She is most known for her relationship with Vertumnus, as narrated by Ovid- read more about the myth from the two sculptures depicting the scene here and here.
