A 3D printable robust, durable and efficient smaller Squeegee with a 180mm (~7”) blade and a wall mount.
The parts can be easily 3D printed, without any support, on a modern inexpensive 3D Printer. The blade is printed with TPU or other semi-flexible filament. The other parts can be printed with a variety of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and many other types of printable materials.
PETG works very well for this application. It is easy to print. The object should be durable, easy to maintain, and last for a long time.
PLA is fine as long as the parts will not be used, stored or kept at in a high temperature environment, exceeding ~55 C (~ 130 F).
TPU is working well for the blade.
Recommended print settings with a .4 mm nozzle

Assembly Instructions
1- Clamp the blade in the handle securing it with the M3 screws. Tighten the screws just enough to securely hold the blade.
2- DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!
Notes: There are two different holders/wallmounts included. "WalmountMK4M.stl" is used to mount the squeegee to a flat surface. The second "bonus" mount "WalmountMK4aM.stl" is designed to mount this squeegee on top of the larger "Squeegee MK3" holder/wallmount. Please refer to the picture showing both squeegees mounted together on my shower wall.
