A 30mm & 40mm fan mount/cover with built in spacers.
Twice the fans = Twice the cooling right?
I made this because my e3D v6 hotend on my prusa i3 would clog whenever I used Cura because the hot end would pre-heat, home, then start the print and my fan wouldn't kick on until the print started... Even using the M106 G.code command (fan always on), it still waited until after the print started to turn the fan on (which was long enough for the nozzle to clog).
With this setup, you can attach another 40mm fan right on top of the 30mm fan that comes standard with the e3D v6 hotend, and wire the 40mm fan directly to your power supply. That way, the fan is always on if the printers on.
This thing could also be used to stack 2+ fans in any other configuration you can think of.
