Description
This artifact was found at the site of Acquaviva di Besenello (Trento, Italy) and dates back to the Copper Age (third millennium BC). It is a nozzle or blower, an instrument that favored the flow of oxygen on the flames of the first melting furnaces to increase the temperature and therefore the melting performance.
