This is a quick model of a The cannon for Bullet bill. It was designed to fit with "Bullet Bill / Banzai Bill" by Martin Moore, when printed at 75% of original scale.

This is by far my favorite model of Bill. Prints perfectly. I made this all at 75% to sit nicely on my desk at work. Currently in the process of printing the base for the cannon and will update this with images and critiques.
So far the barrel fits just snug enough that it wont slide out due to gravity, but glides with a little nudge
Update 7/26/17 updated the file for the barrel. Brought the ID up a few microns to make it fit a little tighter, and added the missing nameplate file.
Update 8/12/17 Added all files to fit the original bullet bill at 100% so those having a hard time wont have to scale it up themselves.
Added "Banzai Bill" Nameplate at both 75% and 100% as requested.

Completed my BB today. I used the "screw" end of a failed BB first attempt plus some magnets to close the rear of the canon and add counter weight to keep it pointed slightly upwards. Great 3D print! I really like this addition to my desk!
