If you want to have caffeine all the time, this necklace is for you. The caffeine molecule is rendered in a ball and stick way.
Attach a neck chain to two sticks where balls poke out the back. (Well, if the sticks are strong enough: see Printing Tips).
WARNING: very difficult to print successfully using desktop plastic extrusion machine, due to thin sticks. But, using a laser sintering machine like Sinterit Lisa, this molecule model is just going to come out looking very good and complete.
This model was created with VECTARY - the free, online 3D modeling tool

Prints with lots of support. The sticks are too small to successfully print the top three hydrogen atoms using a desktop filament printer, and the lower hydrogen atoms broke off with the support material. Perhaps a finer Z-layer, thicker walls and even increasing the scale might allow a successful print in plastic (FFF/FDM). The design would print well in powder or resin, but I am not sure how durable the final print would be anyway. If anyone does print it, please add a comment for others to better judge suitability of printing. I had a go at theobromine (the chocolate molecute, see https://www.myminifactory.com/object/45242), and it was no better on filament printer.
If you want to colour the balls to show the type of atom, see the picture and look at Wikipedia. The .STL file does not have any colour information included. Besides, there are not many 4-colour+ 3D printers in common use!
To print on Sinterit LIsa, reduce the size to about 50% so it fits nicely in the printer. Besides, the finished moecule model is then not so imposing to look at around a wearer's neck. You can just use it straight out of the printer, or you can bling it up a bit by painting it: bright shiny gold spray or even chrome spray is an easy-to-apply and very striking finish. Now, if anyone hand-paints it in a colour code to match the atoms, please add a photo in a comment.
