This is a funny cheeky pumpkin I designed on Freecad for this year's Halloween.
It's a simple design using three parts - body, bottom and lid. The body alone is quite cute and could be a print on its own, but I wanted to be able to insert some sort of lighting on it so I opted for a more versatile design.
The pumpkin body comes also in a version with a USB cut, if you want to insert a little USB powered board like Gemma to power LEDs. In one of the photos I'm using Paul Smith's Hue Cube to light up the pumpkin via USB.
About the Print
The pumpkin body requires support material, body and lid don't. I used 20% infill.
I printed the body with PETG (Prusa Orange) because it was the only orange I had here. Bottom and lid were printed using Prusament Galaxy Black (I'd go for brown, but I didn't have any :D).
The body took about 5 hours to print, the lid and bottom together printed in about 2 hours.
You should be fine with 10 - 15% infill. Support material is required for the body only. Works fine with 0.20mm layer height.
