My kids wanted to dress up as Captain Toad and Toadette this Halloween so I designed and printed a few props!
One of the powerups in the game is a pickaxe that allows you to break blocks (and animates much like the hammer in the original Donkey Kong). Using that item as a reference I designed a similar pickaxe to be printable in Fusion360.
My Captain Toad Headlamp can be found here: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-78365
You'll need to print 4x Eye, 1x handle and either the Head_Single with supports or HeadTop_Split+HeadBottom_Split that wont need supports.
I opted to print the Pickaxe with a split head, but you've got the choice of the Head_Single if wanted.
The head is 180mm wide so take that into account when printing.
The handle is 170 tall as well so you may need to print that in 2 parts if you can't go that high.
There's a 1.5mm clearance between handle and the cavity in the head but you may want to use your slicer's horizontal size compensation settings if it's too snug.
Build is simple, glue on eyes and then optionally glue in handle (i didn't bother as the pressure fit from the handle's wider top holds it pretty secure)
Print in the picture is all PLA, 3 shells and 15% infill.
