This is my submission for the Protolabs 3D Printing Industry Awards trophy design. The design uses a clear ring that is meant to resemble the Tree Support style to hold up a platform with "3D" printed at the top. Inside the ring is a pillar and 2 intersecting coils that are also used to hold up the platform. These 3 internal supports relate to the 3 in "3D" and the fact that it is the 3rd annual 3D Printing Industry Awards. The front also shows the year of the awards.
