This Fire Extinguisher mount was designed to be idiot proof. I live in a house with a lot of clumsy people, and they managed to break the last mount and damage our old extinguisher. I made this mount to restrict as many degrees of freedom as possible, while still allowing easy access in case of an emergency. I printed the design with a large wall thickness, so it will hopefully withstand any random outside forces that may act upon it. This holder was modeled to hold the 10 lbs B456 Fire extinguisher with dimensions 20" H x 7.75" W x 5" D, but it could be scaled down in the slicing software to fit other extinguishers sizes. In addition the FreeCad source code is posted for anyone looking to alter the design fro smaller or larger extinguishers.
