I wanted to make a tribute to a classic Newgrounds game with an awesome soundtrack. So here's Castle Cat! And he has a practical use too!
The model prints in two parts, the body and the head. The body is deliberately hollow, and can be filled with sand to weigh down the bottom of the body and prevent him from tipping over if you plan on putting heavy items in his head.
I used a dual extrusion printer, but it could be done with just one (you may have some difficulty removing the supports from inside the hollow body though).
This is a large model, and will likely take a day or two to fully print both parts. Here are the specs I printed mine at:
Nozzle size: 0.6mm
Filament: Spectrum Stone Age Dark PLA + Glow in the dark PLA.
Printer: Raise3D E2
Layer height: 0.15mm
