Heavily armed and protected by projected shields making it near impregnable to everything from small arms fire to anti tank and titanic weaponry. This also makes it rather useful, not only as a weapons carrier, but also as a mobile fortress, with an open forward and rear deck shielded from ranged fire to transport crew and infantry across the battlefield, and from which to command the offense.
