Description
The contours of the woman's body are clearly shown through a thin garment. From about 420-380 BC this drapery style was particularly common for images of women in active poses. There is a sharp conrast between the material clinging to the flesh anc teh billowing folds that frame the figure.
Made in Eretria (Boeotia) about 380 BC.
