Description
Dorel Sibiu Arad was a known writer, author of several books of poetry, prose and children's theater. After passing away at only 53 years of age, a group of writers who are Arad Branch members of the Writers Union of Romania and collaborators culture magazine "Arca" decided to launch a Literary Festival and Contest Săvârşin to his name.
