Here at FFFTech, we need help holding things steady, as we drink copious amounts of coffee. (WE GET THE DAMN JITTERS!) With SO much caffeine, shaky hands become jazz hands pretty quick. With that in mind, our bumbling engineers took to the task of designing a simple yet effective vise.
Yes my loyal customer! Now YOU can have the AMAZING, and "Completely Original" E-Vise! No other vise comes close to this bad boy! It's patent pending "Screw and Jaw" design that NOBODY (Insert sarcasm voice here) has made before helps hold a damn good grip on anything you're working on. Whether it be electronics development, wood working, hell even dildo designing; this vise holds it all!
Some design features include:
Fully 3D printed, no hardware required!
Both jaws have horizontal & vertical grooves to aid in board design and repair.
Four screw mount slots for easy workshop mounting
Simple to construct with little to no tools.
We printed this in "You're gonna have to cut it off" Black, "My life is going nowhere" Grey, and "I KNEW there was pulp in this!" Orange. But you can print it in any color; from "Does this look infected?" Green, all the way to "The Short Bus" Yellow.
So quit squeeze'n yer balls with yer hands, print an E-Vise, Today!
(Yes... that's a pic of a vise in a vise)
1) Place the Sliding Jaw in the Vise Body, preferably against the Fixed Jaw.
2) Insert the Jaw Screw through the Vise Body and through the Sliding Jaw until it reaches the recess at the end of the Vise Body.
3) Once the Jaw Screw and Sliding Jaw are in their proper place, insert the Screw Retaining Pin through the slot at the bottom of the Vise Body, and through the Vice Screw. Both ends of the pin should protrude slightly from both openings in the screw body.
4) Drive the Sliding Jaw back and forth on the guide rails to allow for break-in. The screw should turn with minimal effort, and the jaw should slide with no resistance on the screw mechanism.
