Fix Angled Ultimarc UltraStik 360FS

A fix for the Ultimarc UltraStik 360FS factory fault.
The UltriStik 360FS has a locked orientation because the buttons have to face forward. The stick comes with a molded plastic part that does this locking, which has a hole with the wrong arientation. This makes the stick angle slightly counterclockwise (which my OCD just couln't handle).
I have spoken to Ultimarc and they have no plans to fix this (as a new mould would cost them too much). Luckily we live in the age of makers and we can create the fixed part ourselves.
Please check "Printing Details" before printing.
Material: ABS
Layer height: 0.12mm
Infill: 100%
size: 98% to 102%
Supports: Yes
Smoothing required: Yes (probably)
Other materials: grease
I used ABS to be able to smooth with acetone. ABS+ and other premium ABS with additives will probable not work, because the aditives prevent the acetone from dissolving the ABS.
0.12mm layers can be printed with a 0.4mm or smaller nozzle. I used a 0.4mm nozzle.
100% infill is needed because this is a structural part.
Depending on the tolerances of your printer, you might need to make the part 2% bigger or smaller.
Supports needed, not "only touching buildplatform". The "ears" need to be supported. These supports will touch the brim that is build-in in the model.
Smooth the part for fluid joystick motion. No smoothing might work, but I didn't test it.
The original part is coated in grease for fluid motion. I used some "super lube silicon dielectric grease" on the new part.
