Bosporus (TR), Hieron promontony, acquired in 1872
Marble, end of the 15th century BC
With their respective left hand, two girls sitting opposite each other hold a rod between them. One girl has her right hand stretched out on the rod. This is either a game (morra) or the possible re-enactment of a sooth-saying technique. Two women and a young man watch the scene.
