This model based on the Dave Rapoza's art "Green Goblin".
This file is created so as to achieve the maximum visual volume with a small thickness of the workpiece.
All details will be clearly visible and expressed.
Use a small diameter cutter and take the time to machining.
This model could be 3d printed as well.
The model is watertight, no topological issues.
