all you need is two rubber bands.
This device is designed for chopping weed. Put the weed in the drawer. Pull the handle to create a stretch of the rubbers and then release. Leaving the handle will quickly drop the handle on the weed in the drawer. A combination of blades at the bottom of the handle and in the drawer will cut the weed. Next, pull out the drawer with the weed and remove the cut weed. If there are pieces of weed left in the bottom of the drawer, you can use the stick to release them.
After printing the device, insert the rubbers through the top of the handle as the red arrow shows.
