Khaz'Arret, The Emperor of The Undersands
Emperor of an intelligent race of insectoids and a powerful wizard wielding time as a weapon.
His kin once ruled the desert above their home, they were driven into hiding by the unending wars across the dunes. Their great hive cities can still be found scattered through the shifting dunes.
To preserve their race, most of the colony leaps through time through a form of hibernation or stasis as the hive gathers more forces. They slumber and await for the sun to shine upon their sleeping chambers before they return to conquer the world above.
