These strong individuals are the Torrkoa. They are exceptionally strong for their size and carry out much of the heavy labour of the empire. As such they are chosen to carry the large platforms on which many of the Sunbask Elite are carried. There is a famous one named Tortus Maximus who competes in Stronglizard competitions to great success.
