Mech Toucan opens and closes his mouth as you move his head. His wings and tail print in place with his body then fold up and lock in place. His head is composed of 3 files that print separately. Upper beak, lower beak, and head.
There are 4 files that easily snap together. No additional hardware required.
No supports needed.

The upper and lower beak print print on there sides. The head prints from the flat side on its back. Body wings and tail print in place.
I use:
.4 nozzle
.2 layer height
20% infill
