Glue is necessary for permanent assembly, but parts can be put together without it.
All parts except the membrane can be printed without support, with the flat side on the print bed.
To achieve transparency in the membrane, use a clear filament, use one perimeter and no infill. Supports are needed for just the membrane part. You can also print part this in resin for the best results.

Awesome model! Printed in red/white PLA and clear Polymaker Polysmooth PVB for the gel. For the gel I edited the mesh adding a bottom and removing the inner shell. Then, I rotated it 90 degrees and moved part of the back down beneath the bed so I could print it in vase mode (I had to make a small part to fix what was the top (that's the ugly part at the front). Then I cut off the bottom that I added and painted it with Krylon Summer Green Stained Glass paint.
