All parts printed at 0.15 layerhight (initial layer hight 0,2) and 0,45 width. 1.2mm wall. Top/bottom layers 8 (0,15x8=1.2mm). Mostly 20% Grid infill. On a Prusa MK3 with 0.4 nozzle, sliced in Ultimaker cura. As I dont really know what (im doing) settings are important feel free to ask and I will check what im using.
PipeMainLong (4 hours x2) support to buildplate. 100% infill Concentric.
PipeBack (3 hours) support to buildplate. 100% infill Concentric.
PipeTip (1 hour) no support needed. 100% infill Concentric.
Cups (2 hours x2 (1 of each)) Print at 45degree backwards angle so the cup points upwards, for best fit of the controller. Will need support and to be safe also a Raft.
Carriage (3 hours x2) Printed upside down. Prints fine with support ot buildplate. But i recommend support everywhere except for the rectangulare holes for the arms of the button because i found them to be impossible to remove.
Button (15 minutes x2) Print as one piece with support everywhere or 1x ButtonHead and 2x ButtonArm without support. Also 2x ButtonStopPlugs if you want to be sure the button does not fall out.
StockCore (1 hour) printed on its side with support.
Could also be printable on its back without support (or with support for the teeth) but i had it come wobble or come lose 2 out of 3 times.
StockPad (2 hours) Printed flat side down, no support.
StockPadClip (5 minutes 2x) printed laying flat. no support.
Stock parts are still Work in progress: Still unhappy with how they work had to do allot of sanding to get to remotely work, not tested the final build of them, sides should snap together with the core. You really only need the Core, Pad and Clips for it to be functional.
Stock Sides (45 minutes each) on the outside down (little cutout on the inside) no support.
