Respirator with excellent fit, especially under eyes zone.
Inhale by mouth and nose, exhale by mouth through the valve.
Because of separation of incoming and outgoing air flows , you breath always with fresh air. Humidity under mask is normal, any water steam trows away directly.
Compatible with protective googles.
Huge size of filter allows to breath freely.
About valve:
Membrane is made of "medical finger pad" yandex translator said so. If have none you can try finger of latex glove. Assemble in this order: 1) assemble exhaust pipe and case ( star ) with some glue. 2) Then take thick inner tube pull on finger pad and make a fine tuning. valve must work. Fix pad with thread cut extra part of pad . 3) assemble with glue.
Nose fixer. When printed it is stright. Heat it with hair dryer until it becomes relatively soft. apply to your nose to form it. wait until it chills a bit.
Set walls thickness 2mm min. Top/bottom layers 5 minimum.
Cover outer surface with some laquer of ABS juice (ABS dissolved in acetone).
