    Ein kleines Update für die Filamentführung des J1, die den scharfen Knick über dem Hotend beseitigt und ein Einführen des Filaments ohne Abziehen des Führungsschlauchs ermöglicht.

    Montage (siehe auch Bilder):

  • Filamentführungsschlauch abziehen und das aufgesteckte Stück Silikonschlauch ein Stück nach hinten schieben
  • Führungsschlauch in das gedruckte Bauteil schieben, bis er ca. 5...6mm über die Unterkante des gedruckten Halters hinaussteht
  • Führungsschlauch 1-2cm aus dem Bauteil heraushebeln, Gummischlauch an diese Stelle zurückschieben.
  • Nun den Führungsschlauch wieder in das Bauteil drücken.
  • Der Silikonschlauch klemmt den Schlauch fest, wird dabei aber stark verzogen und guckt oben aus dem Schlitz heraus. Durch seitliches Hin- und Herdrücken des Führungsschlauchs kann man nun den Silikonschlauch wieder an seine Stelle rutschen lassen.
  • Nun die neue Führung in die alte drücken, bis sie mit einem Klick einrastet.

    A small update for the filament guide of the J1 that eliminates the sharp kink above the hotend and allows the filament to be inserted without pulling off the guide tube.

    Assembly (see also pictures):

  • Pull off the filament guide tube and push the attached piece of silicone tube back a little.
  • Push the guide tube into the printed component until it protrudes approx. 5...6mm beyond the lower edge of the printed holder.
  • pull the guide tube 1-2cm out of the holder and push the rubber tube back to this position.
  • Now press the guide tube back into the printed part.
  • The silicone tube clamps the tube tightly, but it is strongly distorted and sticks out of the slot at the top. By pushing the guide tube back and forth sideways, you can now let the silicone tube slip back into place.
  • Now press the new guide into the old one until it clicks into place.

    Printing Details

    Mit PETG order einem anderen ausreichend hitzebeständigen Material drucken. Ich habe das Teil stehend gedruckt, wie in dem einen Bild dargestellt.

    Supports aus einem leicht entfernbaren oder löslichen Material werden empfohlen.

    Print with PETG or something else that does not get soft in the printer chamber. I printed it standing, as shown in the picture.

    Supports (removable or soluble) are advisable.
