Tanjiro's katana from Demon Slayer anime.
125 mm long blade, 180 mm in total.
After the printing you will need to assembly the katana. See "Assembling" paragraph.
This model you can print on any, even small printer.
You can choose which blade to print, dull or sharp one.
I used 3 different colors of the filament: black, red and grayish.
To make the braid of the handle i printed thin sheet (0.3 mm) of plastic with the diamond pattern and wrap it around the handle. It looks pretty natural and cool. The same thing with one part of the scabbard.

I used these print settings for each part:
- Blade - Black PETG, 0.1 layer height, 0.4 line width.
- Saya(scabbard) - Black PETG, 0.12 layer height, 0.4 line width, i didn't use supports but enabled bridges.
- Tsuba(guard) - Black PETG, 0.1 layer height, 0.3 line width.
- Braid - Black PETG, 0.1 layer height, 0.3 line width.
- Handle - Red PLA, 0.1 layer height, 0.4 line width.
- Kashira, kojigiri, koiguchi - Gray PLA, 0.1 layer height, 0.3 line width.
Assembling
To assemble the katana you will need a glue. First of all glue the braid to the handle, pulling it well. Then do the same thing with the koiguchi on the saya (from the side of the hole for the blade). Attach the kojigiri to the top of the saya and it's done. Finally, assemble the katana, glue the tsuba(guard) to the blade, then the handle, and finally the kashira.
