Description
Statue of a youth carved from Pentelic marble, found in Rhamnous, Attica. It probably represents Neanias, a local hero of Marathon. According to the inscription on the base, the statue was dedicated to Nemesis by Lysikleides, son of Epandrides. Work of the school of Agorakritos.
