Description
This giant ground sloth right humurus was collected by Charles Washburn in 1921 from the Rio Negro Province of Argentina (VCU_3D_3327) was 3D scanned with a Go!Scan 50 at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum Department of Paleobiology on February 26, 2018. Thanks to Alton Dooley (Western Science Center), Chris Widga (Grey Fossil Site) and particularly Robert K. McAfee (Georgia Campus - Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine) for help identifying this 3-D model.
