Moise Nicoara (b. November 30 1784 , Gyula , Kingdom of Hungary , Habsburg Empire, d. October 10 1861 , Bucharest , Romanian Principalities ) was a jurist , teacher , translator , writer and a patriot Romanian fighter for the rights of Romanians in the Banat and Crisana.
