Hi there. I have printed some of these (and very similiar types from the range) at smaller scales. to match most 28mm ranges it would be something like 80% scale (of course models vary) and is unlikely to present any issues from my experience. For 15mm I would probably do a small 'thicken' in meshmixer either on the whole figure or just on weapons etc just to help them not be too fine. The ones pictured here are 15mm downscales
