ABS, .29mm layer height; printed on a Zortrax M200. Parts were assembled with wooden dowels and Gorilla Glue, sanded, smoothed with XTC-3D, primed, then spray painted.
Tried my best, but seams are still visible. If I were to print this again, I'd use lighter infill for the blade and more infill for the pommel to help with balance. If handling weren't a concern, I'd use metal rods instead of wooden dowels, since mine kept breaking where the blade meets the hilt. Solved the problem by drilling a third hole and sticking a drill bit in there to act as an extra dowel.
