My submission for the biggest dungeon.
Layout is 12X11 3X3 grids, or 36X33 blocks.
Number of blocks used: 1,745.
6 levels high at the braziers on the sacrificial platform.

The layout consists of a tunnel, a dock, an inn, basement, dungeon area and torutre room, sewers, and a platform for sacrifices to the monstorsities that reside in the sewer. (Usually unfortunate guests of the inn).
