There are holes in the leg armor to accept 1/4x1/16x1/8 cylindrical magnets to help align and hold the legs together. Link

Print with supports... lots and lots of supports
I Printed with support "Everywhere" in Prusa slicer. I put the large outward facing sides up so they'd have a matt finish.
Body parts I printed all vertically to avoid flat spots. It survived my 4 year old for 2 days without breaking so I called it good.
