This pumpkin sculpture by Yayoi Kusama is part of a larger body of work based around the vegetable which came to represent for her a kind of alter-ego or self-portrait. This sculpture, standing at a couple of feet tall, has Kusama's trademark polkadot texture. She has had many solo exhibitions and has worked alongside Louis vuitton. This sculpture was as part of a temporary exhibition at the 2014 Frieze Sculpture Park.
