I'm a maker who started life with an artistic family but felt like the black sheep. If I always felt more like I needed function over form and so I haven't really made anything amazing in my life. I've built a bunch of square houses in my time as a carpenter, and I've made tools since learning to weld and fabricate, blacksmith and woodturn, but I haven't found anything that truly inspired me. I seem to be on a quest hopping from one hobby to the next to the next.. It's been 6 years since I destroyed my back and this is the first hobby I've found where I can work at the computer and make my ideas take shape. Although it's going to take a lot of learning.. I just hope I'm up for the challenge.
