There are a lot of things you can do to improve your quality of life. Individuals who practice holistic living incorporate all four components in their lives - physical, social, emotional and environmental. I believe that if you try to change just one aspect of your life at a time (and especially if you neglect to change one) you're likely to end up with no improvement at all! As an individual trying to experience the best quality of life possible it's helpful not only for maintaining a healthy sense of self but also from the standpoint of relieving stress. One great way to relieve stress is by making some changes in your diet because cutting out certain foods or adding others can provide noticeable results fast. Of course another fantastic way to relieve stress is through healthful activities such as meditation or yoga.
