I have always had artistic aspirations and explored different art forms ranging from oil painting (won an award at 7 years old) to music.

Back in 2010 I gave sculpting a try for the first time. I have always been a bit of a "geek" so I saw it as a great opportunity to start creating my own sculptures and action figures. Fast forward about 2 years to 2012 and I started seeing a lot of articles pop up online about 3D printing.

When I first saw it, with my artistic background, a million ideas ran through my head. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I slacked off for the majority of that day researching articles, reading about the technology's history, etc. I knew I had to get one and experience it firsthand. I love download files, printing them out, polishing them my way and painting them.
